Mix the crumbs with the
sugar, then add the melted butter and mix well. Press firmly into
a pie pan. You can set the crust by baking it for 10 minutes in a
350 degree oven, or by refrigerating for 20 minutes before filling.
If you bake the crust, let it chill in the refrigerator until cooled
before filling with fillings that don't require baking, like the No Egg
Key Lime Pie. |
